InfluxDB 3 Core (licensed under MIT/Apache 2) and Enterprise are both in beta! Key improvements since alpha: ?? Write-Through Caching for Faster Query Performance InfluxDB 3 Core and Enterprise use object storage, but fast queries need hot data in RAM. A single request to object storage can slow things down, so we use write-through caching to keep recent data in RAM—ensuring quick responses when cache space allows. ?? Processing Engine During the alpha, we built a Python-based processing engine for data transformation, enrichment, downsampling, and alerting.
