I work 80 hours a week on Sociable, my startup, in many ways I’d never imagined when I started a year ago. 1) Setting up and launching my podcast “The Hack”. 2) Improving and enhancing my pitch deck. 3) Being a dedicated father of 2! I spend some of those hours educating myself on what’s working for some of the brightest minds on LinkedIn, Creators who consistently post fantastic, informative content. Creators like: Mando Sallavanti III, CFP?, CEPA James Larkin Parker Olson John Kraski Why? Because they’re changing the game for new Creators like me who didn’t know where to start. What’s one LinkedIn Creator who’s impacted your journey?

I need to confess something: I’m not much of a book reader. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE to read, I’ve just never been a big “legacy” reader. Books easily get lost or misplaced, and I’ve always preferred to consume content digitally. BUT when I got “10x is easier than 2x” from Mando Sallavanti III, CFP?, CEPA I felt a wave of excitement to read a book that’s been so instrumental to his journey. And the book is absolutely fantastic! If you’re familiar with the concept of opportunity cost you’ll immediately see the massive value in this mindset. What book would you recommend next?!?

MrBeast's $500M empire is at risk, although he might not know it yet. Jimmy’s risen to become one of the biggest creators and entrepreneurs: Annual Income Estimates: - $24M from YouTube AdSense - $20M from Sponsorships/Integrations - $10M from Beast Merch/Burger Tents → Total Estimated: $54 Million/year Assets: - $500M Estimated Net Worth (2022) - $12M Invested - Valuable Businesses - MrBeastBurger, Feastables Chocolate, other Brands. Digital Footprint: - Main YouTube: 255M Subscribers - 10 Years of Viral Videos Other Channels: 45M Subscribers Combined - 150M+ Followers Across Other Platforms He’s leveraged his online fame into a massively successful entrepreneurial career. But a single hack could erase his popular YouTube videos permanently, stop ad revenue, or impersonate him with an unauthorized post. A data theft leaking his personal details could also be equally devastating. Without proactive protection, all the wealth and success he built across digital channels could come crumbling down from a few cyber attacks or data theft. This is where Sociable comes in with Creator Interruption Coverage: - Income during a hack or account takeover - Rapid account recovery to get up and running quickly - Digital Legacy Management, ai lockout support, and more When you've achieved such unprecedented digital success, you need a new way to protect it. Otherwise, your entire empire remains vulnerable. PS: What would you do if you were Mr. Beast?

If I could go tell my 20-year-old self one thing, it'd be: → Spend smartly, but don't forget to live. Back then, I poured my heart into hustling and making money. I wasn't as disciplined about managing those earnings wisely. Too much blew away on expenses and wants. While experiences like traveling enriched my life, I missed opportunities to really maximize my income. More thoughtful saving and investing could have built serious wealth. As an entrepreneur, you got to balance work, finances, and actual living. At 20, I didn't appreciate how quickly income streams can shift. I assumed I'd always earn at that pace. My younger self needed to hear: "Just because you're making good money now doesn't mean you'll make that same amount indefinitely. You have to protect and grow it." If I knew then what I know now about money's impermanence, I would have prioritized: → Saving smarter → Avoiding frivolous purchases → Starting investments earlier That said, my 20-year-old self was right about one thing: Experiences matter. Travel expanded my perspective. You can't just grind and save every penny. The ideal is finding that balance. Enjoy life, but be conscious about banking for the future. Don't spend it all immediately assuming the cash flow never stops. So in short, my advice is: Live! But Think forward. Be present, but Prepare. Can't sacrifice either work or life - the two have to harmonize.

Efficiency is everything for entrepreneurs. But perfection will slow you down. One of the biggest lessons I've learned. Avoid getting caught in the "preparation" loop before launching an idea. I've sat on concepts for months, convincing myself they weren't quite ready yet. A podcast idea had been marinating for over 9 months as I tweaked details. Waiting to feel 100% confident it was perfect before starting. But nothing is ever truly perfect when you first begin. As founders, we have to fight the urge to keep delaying until conditions are ideal. If we wait for perfection, we'll never make progress. Launching means putting ourselves out there before we feel fully ready. The key is finding the balance between preparation and stalling. There's efficiency in properly laying the groundwork. But then, you have to rip off the band-aid and get started. Don't be scared to start. → Share your unfinished idea → Get feedback → Iterate as you go That cycle of micro-adjustments is more productive than pre-launch perfection-seeking. The most successful entrepreneurs understand missteps will happen. You can't get blueprints perfect. So get comfortable with being efficient. Pivot-on-the-fly. Make calculated, progress daily versus waiting for the "perfect" moment. That moment never arrives.

Hacking is illegal. If someone hacks your social media account, you're a victim of criminal activities. It violates laws and your rights. There are serious legal implications. Account hacking constitutes unauthorized computer access under laws like the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. → It's a cybercrime, plain and simple. → Stealing passwords → Bypassing security measures → Taking control of your social media All qualify as hacking. And content theft? → That's a violation of your IP rights and copyright protections. Your videos, images, and creative works belong to you. Illegally copying or reposting that content can enable claims of copyright infringement. Both hacking and piracy open legal paths to pursue civil lawsuits for damages. If you can identify the criminal, you may be able to get injunctions ordering your account/content to be returned, plus compensation for related financial losses like missed sponsorship earnings. In some cases, law enforcement can even get involved to investigate and potentially file criminal charges against hackers or content thieves. Getting authorities to prioritize these incidents remains an uphill battle for many creators. The bottom line - you're not just facing digital nuisances when hackers strike. You have rights that are criminally violated, with legal recourse available. It's crucial to understand these implications and avenues to fight back. I know this isn't pleasant to hear. But it must be heard!

You're easy to read but hard to know. That's the creator paradox. To attract followers, you share your authentic self online. You open up, get vulnerable, and invite people into your life and mind. But at the same time, you must protect your digital assets and privacy. One mistake could mean getting hacked. It could also mean being canceled or having your brand implode overnight. Being transparent builds connections with your audience. People want to relate. They want the behind-the-scenes. It makes your content feel human. It makes you feel like a friend, not another internet personality. But being too open carries risks: → Some will try to cancel you → Hackers looking for vulnerabilities to exploit → Sharing personal details opens you up to stalkers, scams, and other real-world dangers. So what's the solution to the creator paradox? Balancing real vulnerability and tight security is crucial. You have to reveal the right amount while safeguarding the rest. But getting it right means you build strong audience bonds. It also means you avoid cancellations and breaches. That's how you master the creator paradox.
