Here are three invaluable tips she shared: 1. If you don’t know what a great employee for the role looks like—don’t hire. 2. When your gut says “yes,” you might be wrong, but when it says “no,” it’s never wrong. 3. If you’re struggling to understand someone in a sentence, it’s hard to fix in the long term.
