Throughout the month of November, the Infinity team has gathered to celebrate our cherished pre-holiday tradition: "November to Remember." Whenever the sound of holiday music filled the office, it signaled it was time for another lucky teammate to be chosen to receive a gift! As the month progressed, the gifts got more exciting, making this tradition a highlight of the year. And for a fun twist, those chosen early get to pick an extra surprise from our very own “Isle of Misfit Toys.” We are beyond grateful to work with such a talented group of people. Now the countdown begins to November to Remember 2025.

Happy Halloween from Infinity Engineering! This spooky season, the Infinity team celebrated with our traditional Halloween cook-off and bake-off. Six delicious jambalaya dishes went head-to-head in a showdown, with the entire office voting for their favorites. Congratulations to Shawn for winning "Top Jambalaya" and to Gina for taking the crown for "Best Dessert" with her tres leches cake. Have a safe and fun-filled Halloween! Like Comment Share

Today, Infinity brought a bit of Paris to Metairie with our 2024 Warehouse Olympics. Delegates from around the office participated in a grueling (ish) obstacle course that tested their agility, coordination, and determination. After what can only be described as a competition for the ages (or at least this afternoon), Robert Haydel brought home the gold. Also representing their countries on the medal stand were Kevin Hurtt and Daniel Mushin. Congratulations to all of the athletes who trained tirelessly mere moments before the competition began. Thank you to our Health & Wellness Committee for putting on such a fun event. Now, we can't wait for our 2026 Winter Olympic Games.

Recently, Infinity hosted a memorable 20th anniversary party at Drago’s Seafood Restaurant. The evening was filled with laughter, memories, and, of course, chargrilled oysters, as we celebrated with the clients who have supported Infinity since our founding. To all our amazing clients, thank you for playing an essential part in Infinity reaching this 20-year milestone. Your unwavering trust and collaboration have been the cornerstone of our success. Here's to many more years of creating innovative engineering designs together!

At the Louisiana Engineering Society - New Orleans Chapter's final meeting of the year last week, the 2023-24 President, John Jackson, P.E. (l), passed the torch to Infinity Engineering Consultants own Kevin Hurtt, P.E. (r) as the incoming President for the 2024-25 year. John did a fantastic job leading the organization this past year. We're very proud to see Kevin now fill that role. Congratulations, Kevin!

This past Saturday, the Infinity team gathered at Bucktown Harbor for our annual employee crawfish boil. With a pirogue full of crawfish and sno-balls on demand, it is safe to say everyone had an amazing time enjoying this beloved tradition. A huge thank you goes out to our Social Committee for organizing such a fantastic event! We're already counting down the days to next year's crawfish boil.

Congratulations to the Mystick Krewe of Louisianians on their 75th anniversary and another successful Washington Mardi Gras! Infinity's own Raoul Chauvin and Nickie Monica enjoyed celebrating the traditions of Louisiana in Washington DC while also interacting with industry leaders and government officials. One of the highlights was the River Region Economic Development Initiative (RREDI) breakfast. This year's breakfast was emceed by Port of South Louisiana Executive Director, Paul Matthews, and attended by all of Louisiana’s Senators and Congressmen, including newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson. The RREDI event focused on the abundance of Louisiana’s natural resources, the strength of our waterways for economic growth, and retaining in-state talent. Other highlights included the Economic Development luncheon and Louisiana Alive event. Of course, no DC Mardi Gras recap is complete without mentioning the King of the Ball and New Orleans Saints legend, Drew Brees! All hail the Mystick Krewe of Louisianians!
