To kick off the start of Women’s History Month, we’re giving the spotlight to Trena Kennedy, CFO at the Jewish Kids Groups! ?? Jewish Kids Groups (JKG) delivers camp-style Jewish learning, connection, and friendship during the school year to create a welcoming environment and reach families who aren't often served in the Jewish community. Going from only six students to now over 250 at four?locations, their?programs?are designed to “make Hebrew school fun again!” for people of all backgrounds. "When we first partnered with Infinite Giving, we were new to investment management for our nonprofit and required significant guidance in navigating this process. The support we received was invaluable, transforming our financial landscape and enhancing our ability to plan for the future," Trena says. Trena also shares, "Infinite Giving played a crucial role in helping us develop an investment policy, shifting our perspective from that of a small nonprofit with limited financial foresight to one with a clear vision for reserves and long-term sustainability. The tools and seamless platform provided by Infinite Giving have been game-changing for our organization." We are proud to work with Jewish Kids Group; thank you Trena Kennedy and JKG for trusting us to help your organization continue to flourish. ??

This Women's History Month, we’re spending time reflecting on the progress women have made in leadership roles and the progress we still need to achieve. Women have come so far since the passing of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act in 1974, but the work is far from over. The representation of women in fintech remains incredibly low, even today: - Only 5.6% of fintech CEOs globally are women. - Women make up just 1.5% of fintech founders. - Female-founded fintech startups receive less than 1% of total fintech venture funding. Being aware of these statistics is just the beginning—we want more women to step into leadership roles so we can create new possibilities and new norms. ?????? Today, Infinite Giving is a fintech platform that serves hundreds of nonprofits across the U.S. We have built a successful, growing business that allows nonprofits to benefit from thoughtful financial stewardship in an industry where it's perhaps the most important. We are passionate about making a positive impact and committed to Redemptive Entrepreneurship, a concept derived from Praxis. Our hope is that the journey toward greater equality doesn’t just break barriers, but creates new possibilities for all. Each of us holds the power to shape the future—where innovation is not just about advancement, but about ethics, purpose, and lasting impact. Together, we can push the boundaries of progress and continue to innovate with purpose. ?? Last month at Activate: NYC, we gathered with founders, investors, and innovators to explore redemptive entrepreneurship in action. We’re grateful for the leaders who shared their wisdom on stage—founders who are building with a vision for renewal: + Karen C. Houghton, Infinite Giving (Business 2024) + John Kim, Karamaan Group, LLC + Lauren McCann, Procure Impact (Business 2024) + Vineet Rajan, Forte (Business 2023) + Olatunde Sobomehin, StreetCode Academy (Nonprofit 2021) These entrepreneurs are practicing the Redemptive Frame in their ventures—pursuing creative restoration through sacrifice by designing models that serve, building businesses that renew culture, and leading with generosity and trust. We’re honored to walk alongside them and grateful for their leadership in the Praxis community.

Did you know that diversifying your giving options is one of the most powerful strategies a nonprofit can make? Here are 7 must-haves to enrich your donation page for maximum impact: ?? Recurring gifts: Prioritize adding a recurring or monthly giving option. ?? Cryptocurrency: Crypto donations offer high-capacity donors additional tax benefits and the potential to contribute more substantial amounts. ?? Stocks: Accepting stock donations can attract high-income donors and lead to larger contributions. ?? Legacy giving options: Legacy giving offers donors a chance to make a lasting impact on your cause without affecting their day-to-day finances. ?? Donor-advised fund grants: Incorporate a DAF widget on your donation page that guides donors through the steps to request a DAF grant from their provider. ?? Matching gifts: Enhance your donation page by informing donors about matching gifts and embedding matching gift software with a search tool. ?? Tribute gifts: Consider adding a checkbox to your donation form, allowing donors to specify if the gift is in honor of someone. Implementing these valuable strategies will further optimize your donation page and lead to an increased support for your mission! ?? Read more at: https://lnkd.in/e2SmPeMF

2025 is already shaping up to be an interesting year for the nonprofit community. With recent Executive Orders from the White House’s Office of Management and Budget attempting to suspend federal funding for many nonprofits and halting parts of the U.S. refugee program, organizations that rely on these funds are scrambling. One executive order?suspended the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP)?and another paused nearly all U.S. foreign aid for 90 days, affecting a wide range of international assistance programs. The effects of these orders are fast, but this is also why financial reserves are an essential. Building a strong reserve fund is one of the smartest financial moves a nonprofit can make. Here are a few key steps to get started: ???Determine your target ???Make a plan ???Create a policy ???Manage reserves wisely? These recent moves can act as a reminder that emergencies can strike at any time. A reserve strategy is more than just protecting finances, it’s about making sure your mission survives. We're continuing to shine a spotlight across Infinite Giving's growing community! ?? For this Black History Month spotlight, meet Phil Olaleye, Executive Director at Next Generation Men & Women: a nonprofit that is closing the opportunity gap for students by opening doors and making connections to help students understand their potential. Next Generation believes that if every youth can see it and experience it, they can become it. They partner with under-resourced High Schools to create student cohorts that connect student interests to the world, visit local colleges and companies, and create a plan for success after high school. “Next Gen's model literally builds a locally sourced and diverse community in support of Georgia youth, including: families, educators, college students, professionals, colleges and companies. We call it our 'Village', taking after the African proverb — it takes a village to raise a child,” Olaleye says. Thank you, Phil Olaleye, and Next Generation Men & Women for impacting the lives of the next generation! ??
