To create a mouth-watering masterpiece featuring breaded cod, zucchini squash, mac and cheese, and a mystery ingredient - roasted red peppers! All within a tight 90-minute timeframe! ? Top Chef of Florida Cook Off: And the Winner Is... ???????????? Wow, what an incredible competition! Our Top Chef of Florida cook off was a true showcase of culinary talent, and we're still reeling from the excitement! Our three finalists, Bobby Callahan of Santa Rosa Center, Jason Scocca of Northbrook Center, and Shakela Richardson (and team) from Hawthorne Inn of Lakeland, went head-to-head in the kitchen, each creating dishes that wowed the judges and the crowd. But in the end, there could only be one winner... Congratulations to Jason Scocca of Northbrook Center for taking the top spot!
