Today members of our leadership team surprised DOR Erin Bates at Palatka Center and nominated her DOR of the Year! ?? Erin was selected across all Summit Care Management sites. Erin is a DPT who has been at Palatka for almost 15 years. She is innovative, compassionate, collaborative and clinically strong. She has fabulous ideas and always brings forth opportunities and suggestions rather than only obstacles and barriers. She has an incredibly tenured team , many of whom have a long commute to work daily.
