The IndyEast Promise Neighborhood is both a place and a strategy. Located in Near East and Martindale Brightwood neighborhoods, the initiative is led by John Boner Neighborhood Centers and Edna Martin Christian Center. We promise ALL students on the Near Eastside and in Martindale-Brightwood will have access to great schools and whole family support to ensure a successful transition from birth to adulthood.
