(NYSE: PLOW) for TPG Angelo Gordon. Douglas Dynamics, Inc. is a North American manufacturer and upfitter of commercial work truck attachments and equipment. ? The transaction was off-market and comprised seven (7) facilities across five (5) states, totaling approximately 780,000 square feet of mission-critical industrial and manufacturing facilities. ? Industry Real Estate Partners represented the buyer, TPG Angelo Gordon.
