Last Friday, ILM’s Vancouver studio presented the keynote presentation for Spark Animation discussing the creative journey in bringing the iconic character of Ultraman to a new generation in the hit Netflix film, “Ultraman: Rising”. The presentation focused on the various stylized techniques that were implemented to create the visual effects, and how the relationship between the filmmakers & ILM inspired the team to go above and beyond.

Last week, we celebrated 36 employees across ILM, Lucasfilm and Skywalker Sound, honoring 20, 30, and 40 years of service with the company.
