We’re excited to spotlight Zhana Goldblatt, IEM’s Chief Financial Officer! Since 2023, Zhana has led IEM’s finance team with over 25 years of experience within technology-focused manufacturing organizations. Her passion for continuous improvement has driven LEAN methodologies while ensuring that our people remain at the center of everything we do. Originally from Kazakhstan, she moved to the U.S. as an exchange student, later earning her accounting degree from Boise State University. Now based in Florida with her husband, she enjoys golf and quality time with her family. Zhana has been instrumental in building a strong financial foundation for IEM’s future. She shares her gratitude for everyone’s continued commitment to IEM and emphasized that without the team, none of this is possible. Project Highlights:? - Medium & Low Voltage Primary Service Switchgear: Powering over 500,000 sq. ft. across two cutting-edge life science buildings.? - Comprehensive Distribution Solutions: Supplying all downstream equipment, including switchboards, panels, transformers, and busway systems, to ensure reliable power flow.? - Seamless Tenant Billing: Turnkey, factory-installed branch-level power metering system integrated into our equipment for efficient, accurate tenant billing.? ? We are excited to feature William Walker, IEM’s Vice President of Supply Chain since 2023. With over 17 years of supply chain experience in the Aerospace and Metals industries, he has streamlined supply chain performance by implementing automated KPIs and daily key metrics, and significantly enhanced operational visibility and efficiency. Additionally, he stabilized IEM’s supply chain through long-term supplier agreements, ensuring consistent product availability while reducing risk, and has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of our first forward stocking hub in Indianapolis. We’re proud to have completed a key project for DCL at their new private port of call on Eleuthera Island, Bahamas. IEM provided a sophisticated, multi-section paralleling switchboard with supporting distribution panels that ensure continuous, reliable power to the island.? ?? Project Highlights: - Full automation system providing prime power to the island utilizing diesel gen-sets, solar arrays, and battery storage power sources.? - Automation using PLC, HMI, and Woodward Easy-gen Controllers.? - Automated integration with solar and battery storage power source systems to provide optimized green power production.? - Stainless steel outdoor distribution panels for the harsh Caribbean island environment.? ??
