Exciting News! Lehigh ISE Assistant Professor Akwum Onwunta is part of a team awarded an $800K grant from the U.S. Department of Energy! The project, led by researchers from Lehigh and the University of Utah, focuses on advancing computational materials modeling using innovative scientific machine learning (SciML) techniques. Leveraging deep learning and nonnegative matrix factorization, the team aims to revolutionize materials discovery for energy, sustainability, and manufacturing applications.
