Headquartered in Southern California, Inductronix is one of the few companies offering factory-direct sales and service. Our main service office is located in Anaheim, California. We have a combined 100+ years of experience in providing our clients with induction brazing, heat treating, and induction melting of alloys such as Gold, Silver, and Titanium. Current production applications of our induction heaters include: Induction hot-heading of Titanium, Inconel, and various other metals (continuous and single-shot operations as well as thread rolling); induction heat treating/hardening of high-carbon steel; induction casting of various alloys; wire heating and splicing; induction heating and brazing of various tools such as diamond carbide.   • Induction Heating - Aluminum Brazing Brazing Aluminum is more difficult than brazing other materials, because the material’s melting temperature is close to the melting temperature of its brazing alloy! This means that by the time we braze an Aluminum joint with a high temperature alloy, it could possibly end up ruining the Aluminum piece by partially melting the joints. My years of working with this alloy has created a hair balding experience for me, but at the end of the day, we have presented many successful Aluminum Brazing Solutions to our very dear customers! Brazing aluminum with induction can eliminate the guesswork and the need for a specialized skill set. Using a small, highly efficient, ultra-portable 3KW or 6KW induction heater from Inductronix, along with other brazing enhancements like lower-temperature brazing alloys as well as preforms, rings (some with flux), can make for easier, consistent brazing.?You can use the same amount of brazing alloy each and every time!
