What an incredible day of fun we had at Fall Fest last weekend at Central Library! We want to give a huge thank you to the amazing performers who shared their talents, @yolandareneeking for her insightful message to youth and adults alike, our incredible fireside chat moderator Anais, and all of the teens that submitted and read their works about Courage in the Slammin' Rhymes Challenge. #IndyPLFallFest24

It was an honor to once again support the Annual The Indianapolis Public Library Fall Fest this weekend! This event’s mission is to empower our students, and it was especially wonderful this year because of the special guests, Yolanda Renee King and Martin Luther King III. One of the highlights was the speech about courage from a student from Fall Creek Valley Middle School! We have some very talented young people in Lawrence Township, and I am sure they were inspired to hear from the King family about their activism.

We had a wonderful time yesterday partnering with the IDOA Division of Supplier Diversity to hold a networking event at Central Library. Thank you to all who came!

Local scratchboard artist Esayas Zerazion found the ideal spot for his artistic expression, and it just so happened to be a study room at the Indianapolis Public Library's Central Library. From honing his craft to displaying his work in Central Library and later leading free scratchboard classes around the library community, the Indianapolis Public Library has become a home for Esayas's artistry. https://lnkd.in/gqGfxu5J
