Last week, IMPA joined with member Richmond Power and Light to offer Active Shooter training to RP&L staff along with some of IMPA's field personnel. This workshop provided hands-on training and information that prepared attendees to examine the reality of workplace violence and introduced the skills needed to prevail in a hostile encounter. Thank you to the speakers at ProActive Response Group for leading such an impactful workshop!
