关于我们
Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) is Indiana's preeminent statewide provider of case management and care management for participants in the state's Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver program, and wraparound facilitation services for participants in the Child Mental Health Wraparound program and Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI). Since 2006, IPMG has set a new standard for high quality, measurable and individual-driven services. The founding companies that formed IPMG were among the first in the State of Indiana to provide case management services when the waiver program was initially created in the early 1990s. As a result, IPMG brings years of experience to the program and we are happy to use that experience for the betterment of the lives of the Individuals we serve. Our best practice standards ensure that our case managers, care managers, and wraparound facilitators practice integrity, creativity and responsiveness in partnership with the persons served, and the Individuals we serve benefit from our unconditional commitment to support them in their pursuit of a self-determined life. Our Mission: The mission of IPMG is to create an exceptional organization that supports its Employee Owners to become expert navigators, guiding Individuals and families to access quality, integrated services and supports that result in the betterment of their lives. Our Founding Principle: “The needs of the Individual are paramount.” The relationship element of Case Manager, Care Manager, and Wraparound Facilitator roles is the core factor, or better stated, the heart of what we do. IPMG Case Managers, Care Managers, and Wraparound Facilitators will recognize the importance of family, friendship and advocate relationships as essential in developing a working environment of trust. Thus, respect for the culture and traditions of the Individual over one’s lifespan are paramount.

March is Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Month! ?? Let's take this opportunity to educate ourselves and support individuals on their recovery journey. Here are some vital tips for adults recovering from a traumatic brain injury: ??Get plenty of sleep at night, and rest during the day. ??Avoid activities that are physically demanding or require a lot of concentration ??When your health care professional says you are well enough, return to your normal activities gradually, not all at once. ??Talk with your health care professional about when you can return to work. Ask about how you can help your employer understand what has happened to you. ??Take only those drugs that your health care professional has approved ??Write down the things that may be harder than usual for you to remember ??Avoid sustained computer use, including computer/video games early in the recovery process ??Consult with family members or close friends when making important decisions IPMG offers Care Management services for individuals who qualify for the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver. Let’s celebrate an IPMG Success Story! Meet Martin! After graduating from high school in 2023, he started his career at a catering company, but he soon realized he wanted to do something more. So, he took a big step and enrolled in the inventory program at Erskine Green. He learned a lot and even got a new job after he graduated! Back in September, Martin took another significant leap by moving into his very own apartment. In the new year, he’s all about his career, and his family and team are so proud of him. Martin also loves to build Lego sets and listen to Pink Floyd. He’s a really cool guy! Here’s to Martin! He’s an example of how to be resilient, grow, and follow your dreams. Let’s show him some love and encouragement in the comments!
