?? Danielle Paquin ?? started at Independent Pipe in January 2020 in the Purchasing Department in Canton with Allison Frank and Larry Mirson. She says she learned a lot starting off at Branch 1 and gained insight into how the role intersects with the warehouse. Later, she was offered the opportunity to work in Inside Sales at Branch 2 in East Providence. She was honored to take on this new role and was eager to learn. Danielle grew up in Mansfield and attended the Mansfield public schools. She graduated from Mansfield High School in 2012. Before working at Independent Pipe, she worked at a similar, smaller company called 900 Industries. There, she gained valuable experience in the fire suppression industry while working in the warehouse as a shipper and receiver. She also worked at Bernie and Phyls in the customer service department. “Danielle is a valuable asset to our sales force and a team player in every sense of the word; she has proven time and time again that she will do whatever it takes to help the branch succeed.” -Jim Cotton, Branch Manager. Regarding her inside sales role, Danielle said, “My role as an Inside Sales Representative is to continue learning about all the products we offer at Independent Pipe. I would like to see this branch continue to grow. In the future, I aspire to be an Assistant Branch Manager. IP&S is a great workplace; I enjoy what I do and have fun doing it.” Danielle has lived in Mansfield, MA for most of her life. Her parents are Monica and Chris, and she also has a brother, Nick, who lives in New Hampshire with his wife and daughter and is a police officer there. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time in New Hampshire with her son, Domenic, kayaking, fishing, and camping throughout the state. Ramon has taken the successful path of learning the inner workings of distribution practices as a Warehouse Associate in order to earn the pathway to inside sales in our New Haven, CT branch. Since 2023 Ramon has enthusiastically served our customer base by providing detailed and timely quotes all wrapped up with a smile and an appreciation for the opportunity. His manager stated “Throughout his 18 years with the company, Ramon has consistently demonstrated dedication and hard work, going above and beyond to contribute to the success of our branch. His extensive knowledge of the warehouse and products greatly facilitated his transition to the Inside Sales role. Ramon’s loyalty and strong work ethic are integral to his character.” After graduating from Wilbur Cross High School in 1995 Ramon remained in New Haven working locally before landing at Independent.
