Congratulations L.E.A.D. Independence Class 2024! We are so proud of you! We are thrilled to announce that during the May Membership Luncheon (presented by the Ennovation Center), we had the honor of celebrating the graduation ceremony of the L.E.A.D. Independence Class of 2024. The event was filled with excitement and joy as guests watched inspiring remarks from the class video that was shared and also from Class Leader, Michelle Sumstad (Independence Deputy Police Chief), who shared invaluable insights gained from the leadership class. Michelle's passion for leadership shone through as she emphasized its significance in her speech, expressing that she "truly geeks out" on the subject. Additionally, we were privileged to hear from the class instructor, Pat Farrell, who has dedicated several years to teaching and shaping the class.
