As a nurse for more than 20 years in a variety of settings, Kelly Gelb knows that nurses need to lead with compassion. In her current role as an IBX Registered Nurse Health Coach, she educates members on how to manage their health and well-being. Through compassionate care, Kelly is able to build relationships with our members that help empower and motivate them to make small changes they need to thrive —like starting to exercise, eating healthier, taking their prescriptions, and visiting with their providers. The best part is when members are excited by the positive changes and want to continue to do better — it’s what keeps Kelly going and wanting to do more. #CMWeek2024
