Ms. Trudy is the first face we see at the start of our workday, making sure every morning begins with a smile at 1901 Market Street. Her journey with IBX started in 1997, when she joined the Premiere Accounts team after being introduced by her husband, who worked in Marketing. She had an amazing experience and even sang with the Sounds of Independence, alongside Lorina Marshall-Blake. Fast forward to December 2018, while celebrating Christmas with her family, she reconnected with IBX. After a formal interview, she accepted a position with the security team, and felt she was “back home.” In her role today, she "may not remember every name, but she never forgets a face." Ms. Trudy reads faces and body language of all who enter the building, while always staying proactive. She emphasizes that her leaders value credibility, accountability, and trust from her and the entire team. Since 1997, she’s always felt a sense of belonging at IBX, whether working with associates, managers, or CEOs. She noted every experience with people here, has been a good one. She and her husband were rest assured when their children went off to college, knowing they had an IBX member card in their pocket. When she's not at work, Ms. Trudy enjoys music (especially jazz), dancing, and watching her granddaughter perform as a ballerina on stage. We're grateful to have Ms. Trudy at IBX, and appreciate her for making #LifeatIBX a safer and sweeter place. ???

IBX SVP of Health Services and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rodrigo Cerda took part in an expert panel at the 2025 Wharton Health Care Business Conference to explore the future of population health. The panelists joining him were from Fabric Health, Oak Street Health, and Deloitte. They talked about ways to strengthen the health care system, as well as the need to build more community-based programs, data-driven approaches, and workforce enhancements. Dr. Cerdá shared thoughts on: ?? Finding meaningful ways to turn data insights into actionable steps that can be used at the point of care. ??
