To help celebrate National Animal Shelter and Rescue Appreciation Week, Henderson-based non-profit New Hope Animal Rescue received a check this morning for nearly $2,400. Last month, we were honored to receive the People’s Choice award at the annual chili cook off hosted by Henderson’s Chamber of Commerce. We decided to reinvest the record-breaking donations to directly benefit area pets currently up for adoption. Shelter leaders say this money allowed them to pay off an expensive vet bill.

We’re proud to support the amazing runners of the BG26.2 & Half Marathon, keeping them fueled and hydrated at our water stop on Sunday! Watching each participant push toward the finish line inspires us, and we’re honored to cheer on every step of this incredible journey. Congratulations on a job well done—you’re all champions!

Art can inspire, and it can certainly bring people together. We've been proud to partner with two Lexington artists and Cassidy Elementary School on a project that is doing both. Lennon Michalski and Bryce Oquaye spent a day inside the school recently where they invited students to participate by shouting out what their school means to them. What transpired was a live art session that has now become two unique displays that will stay at Cassidy to spark pride with current students, and hopefully will inspire future students. The art that has been created by the school's community is meant to continue building it as the years go on. #HereForGood

Today, we had the honor of hosting a luncheon for our dedicated first responders in Russellville - Logan County. This small gesture is just a token of our gratitude for those who serve our communities tirelessly, day in and day out. Thank you for all that you do to keep us safe!

In his role as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, Justin will be helping new customers get started, existing customers expand their businesses, and growing with the farming community and ag related fields.
