This National Homelessness Awareness Month, Indelible is committed to driving impactful solutions. Our expertise in project management and funding strategies empowers cities and government agencies to tackle homelessness head-on. Through the Workforce Housing Incentive Program (WHIP) in Miami-Dade County, we have supported hundreds of applicants, approving over $1M in funding to address the affordability crisis. By helping essential workers move into affordable rental properties or purchase homes, WHIP is making a critical impact in stabilizing housing for those in need. Additionally, our Florida Commerce Housing Counseling support has conducted 3,564 educational classes and provided $5,000,000 in homeowner assistance through case management, resulting in 2,105 housing counseling referrals. These efforts focus on preventing homelessness by helping individuals keep their homes and navigate challenging times. Our mission is to strengthen communities and prevent people from losing their homes. Together, we can create sustainable change and offer hope to those who need it most. Join us in our mission to end homelessness and build stronger, more resilient communities. #ThinkIndelible #Homelessness
