Meet Jason Shupryt, #IDEM’s Solid Waste Compliance Inspector. Jason is from Lowell, Ind., and started at IDEM's Northwest Office in October 2024. As a solid waste compliance inspector, he ensures that landfills, waste transfer stations, and septage haulers are following regulations and permit conditions. He finds the job fulfilling because he gets to work with others to improve the area. His favorite memories from his time at IDEM are the team-building games and office trivia contests. When Jason isn’t working, you can probably find him either golfing or fishing. #MeetTheTeamMonday
