Incu's TOTEME SS25 Pop-ups??? We are excited to partner with one of our leading womenswear brands TOTEME on a pop-up at Incu QV and takeover of the window at Incu Galeries Women’s. Inspired by the designs of TOTEME’s global flagship locations, the windows also feature the work of Sydney based artist and object designer Olivia Bossy. To celebrate, we are also partnering with brand consultant and founder of Substack, Screenshot This, Zara Wong to host an event at Incu QV. Head into QV and Galeries from now until mid-April to take a look. A big thank you to our Marketing, Buying and Retail teams who worked on the project.

Incu x Adidas x Club Sup Last week, we partnered with our friends at?adidas and Club Sup?to welcome members of our community at Incu Head Office for a one-of-a-kind supper club experience.? ? A big thank you to the faces - new and familiar - who joined us for an evening of connection and conversation. It was amazing to host people in our Incu home alongside our long-standing partners and friends. Our guests loved their gifted adidas sneakers to ensure each person's outfit was complete. ? Disconnect to Reconnect: Incu Unplugged ?? ??? At Incu, we believe in the power of stepping away from the daily grind to truly focus on what matters most—each other. That’s why we dedicated a whole day, Incu Unplugged, to disconnect from the usual meetings and emails. Whether team members opted to hike to the beautiful Karloo Pools in the Royal National Park or explore the Art Gallery of NSW, they had the opportunity to spark creativity, foster teamwork, and connect with people from different departments in an exciting, new way! Incu Unplugged was not just about time away from work; it was about embracing work-life balance, building authentic relationships, and finding inspiration in unexpected places. These moments of connection and curiosity are what make us stronger as a team! ?? Here’s to more days like these that remind us of the value of pausing, bonding, and reigniting our passions—together.

Incu’s first VIC Open House ?? From casuals to managers, our Victorian team came together for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration. We were lucky to hear from Incu alumni Bec and Glen Cameron (Cameron Studio) and Kimberley Neilsen (GM at True East), who shared how their time on the Incu shop floor helped shape their careers and expand their skill set in the industry. A special highlight was our head office panel featuring senior team members Luke Davie, Ellyce Horan, and Livia Bordoli, who shared their journeys and how they landed what they call "their dream jobs" at Incu. The day wrapped up with one-on-one mentoring, where our team had the chance to sit down with our senior office leaders for invaluable career advice. A big thank you to everyone who joined us—it was incredible to see our VIC team come together, connect, and take away valuable insights for the future

It was an opportunity to come together, share stories, and foster meaningful connections. As a special thank-you, we were thrilled to gift each guest a piece from our latest Incu collection. Seeing their smiles and hearing their excitement about the collection was the perfect way to cap off an incredible day. Last week, we launched our gifting campaign - The Gift of Gathering. The holiday season is a time when we come together with family and friends to celebrate our connections and create lasting memories. Shot in our Rosebery HQ, the campaign celebrates the things that make the holidays in Australia unique to any other part of the world - enjoying the warm weather, meals with fresh summer produce and a relaxed sensibility. Our Spring seasonal campaign was shot on location at Daylesford Longhouse in Victoria, with a cast that included friends and staff of Incu. To celebrate the campaign launch, we invited our store teams and head office to bring in home-baked goods to share amongst each other.
