One of the simplest ways to move through life with more peace? Expect people to be different. Expect them to be imperfect. Too often, we walk into conversations, meetings, and relationships with unspoken expectations—assuming others will think like us, react like us, or meet our personal standards. And when they don’t, frustration takes over. But what if we started each day with a little grace in our back pocket? Grace reminds us that people are human. That their differences aren’t personal. That imperfection isn’t a problem—it’s part of the deal. So today, let’s expect some imperfection. Let’s lead with grace. And let’s see how that shifts the way we show up for others.
