Our purpose is to overcome systemic racism through equitable access to capital.
关于我们
Radical change requires us to solve problems at the root. And at the root of the racial wealth gap in the US are financial institutions, practices, and products that have historically pushed Black, Indigenous, and all People of Color (BIPOC) to the margins. The Inclusive Capital Collective (ICC) was created to move BIPOC people to the center of our country’s financial future. The members of our collective are community fund managers, entrepreneur support organizations, and capital innovators who are working to make access to capital more equitable by accomplishing the following:

We're excited to announce our latest activation: Sponsorship of the ICX session at #SOCAP. By sponsoring the Inclusive Capital Exchange (ICX) session, we’re creating a rare space for real alignment between funders and fund managers who are ready to move capital by Spring 2025. This initiative is about making impact-driven connections that go beyond networking, ensuring that financial commitments become tools for transformation. ICC’s involvement underscores our dedication to shifting resources to projects rooted in community and equity—addressing the financial inequities that have held back historically underserved communities. As ICC Governing Committee Chair Rob McClinton explains, “Supporting the ICX session at SOCAP allows the ICC to champion pathways for capital flow that are both inclusive and intentional.” The work begins with capital—but it ends with change.
