We're thrilled to have you as a part of our team, Kelli Ramsey! Look forward to a great year doing great work for our clients.
This past weekend, I had the honor of attending the Cobb Chamber’s 83rd Annual Dinner, and what a night it was! A huge thank you to Chris Sizemore and Sonji Jacobs of INCISIVE for not only inviting me to such a spectacular event but also for welcoming me into the INCISIVE team. Today marks their one-year partnership anniversary, and I couldn’t be prouder to congratulate them on this milestone. (Yay! Go, team!) ?? Working with Chris and Sonji over the past few months has been such a rewarding experience. Together, we’re amplifying the good in local government, supporting businesses, and sparking meaningful change in our communities. Their passion and vision make every project feel purposeful, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. ? Let’s keep building together!
Congratulations to INCISIVE Founder & Partner Chris Sizemore on his board appointment to the Council for Quality Growth and to new Board Chair Clyde Higgs, as well as the other new board members. We appreciate your leadership and look forward to seeing all the great ideas and collaborative work in Year 40 that will help move our region forward.
PRESS RELEASE Clyde Higgs, President & CEO of Atlanta Beltline, will serve as the Council's Chairman of the Board of Directors in our 40th year promoting balanced and responsible growth for our members. Busy busy! Sonji Jacobs Chris Sizemore
Sparking positive change and growth through inspiring ideas and solutions rooted in principles and purpose.
It's been a busy few weeks for INCISIVE supporting great causes with amazing people. We've spent time with ISB Atlanta, Hope Atlanta, American Institutes for Research, Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation, Inc. , Council for Quality Growth and the City of Atlanta as PRIDE volunteers. Being involved in the community and giving back is a big reason why Chris Sizemore and I decided to run our own communications, marketing, brand and public affairs firm. The days are long, but the work is rewarding!. #communityengagement #givingback #communications #marketing #publicaffairs

ATL + NYC. So much to see, discuss and absorb! The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC), led by its powerhouse Executive Director & CEO Anna Roach and her talented team, put together an incredible series of panels, conversations and experiences last week in The Big Apple for 125+ Atlanta leaders. Everyone gained deeper insights and perspectives on topics such as housing, transportation, economic development and neighborhood revitalization. A special note of appreciation goes to Mayor Andre Dickens for his leadership and guidance on the LINK trip in his role not only as Mayor of the City of Atlanta but also as ARC chairman. Chris Sizemore and Sonji Jacobs, INCISIVE's leadership team, were honored to have a seat at the table and spend quality time with so many caring Atlanta stakeholders in government, nonprofit and business. They're already going through their notes to apply what they learned on behalf of their clients. We're proud so many of the people with whom we work are deeply committed to making the metro Atlanta region more equitable and accessible. At INCISIVE, this is our purpose and passion.
Thanks for shouting out Chris Sizemore, TITAN 100. That's our Founder & Partner!

Enjoyed an insightful session hosted by McKinsey & Company in the company's beautiful new office at 725 Ponce on accelerating Black excellence in business, whether you're in corporate or an entrepreneur. Great networking and conversation with Donnie Beamer Jr., CFA on the City of Atlanta's technology goals, from developing a digitally savvy workforce to supporting start-ups and tech investment. And always wonderful to see good folks like Ramsey Smith, Rayford Davis, Kevin Gooch and Pat Upshaw-Monteith along with fellow Leadership Atlanta alumnae Tiffany Burns, Qaadirah Abdur-Rahim, Lori B. Chennault, and Carmen Chubb, MBA.
Powerful Leadership Atlanta alums who attend the Black Excellence event hosted by the McKinsey Company

We had a wonderful morning celebrating and honoring the women and men of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department at the annual "Breakfast with Our Bravest," hosted every year by the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation, Inc. Congrats to AFRF on its 20th anniversary! We were inspired hearing about the everyday acts of courage and kindness happening in our great City of Atlanta that save lives and build community. And over at the INCISIVE table, we were especially proud of and gave a special cheer to AFRF Board Chair Chris Sizemore for his hard work and dedication on behalf of the organization.
