    A company's culture is the product of their activities. If we allow ourselves to be pulled away by the restless current of the email notifications, a next deliverable, yet another meeting, our culture becomes numbing and deadening, a mechanical belt from which we can never get off. But what if we bring, to our work, the same careful joy that we bring to rituals in other parts of our lives? What if we allow our days to be structured by observances and rhythms, rituals and celebrations that shape each season, and therefore each month and each week?
