We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Hospital Care at Home partnership with SSM Health.
Modern Healthcare: SSM Health expands #homebased care programs with Inbound Health Diane Eastabrook SSM Health and healthcare technology company Inbound Health expanded an at-home healthcare partnership at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin to include hospital-level care at home. SSM Health joins 373 other health systems nationwide with waivers from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to offer?hospital-level care at home.?The waiver expires at the end of December unless Congress extends it or makes it permanent.
