We’re hiring! Indiana Afterschool Network is searching for an Associate Director of Quality Initiatives to join our team. This role is key in executing IAN’s access, quality strategies, and literacy initiatives. As Associate Director, you’ll coach out-of-school time professionals and ensure they have the resources and knowledge to implement high-quality literacy programming. Responsibilities include stakeholder outreach, promoting continuous quality improvement, and increasing literacy initiative engagement.
