We’re honored to be recognized as Employers of Choice by the Indiana Youth Worker Well-Being Project! At IAN, we have seen first-hand how providing no-cost telemedicine and virtual mental health services to our team enables them to better support the providers we serve. Because of that, we are being recognized as an Employer of Choice, a title that highlights the steps we have taken to nurture our staff’s well-being and growth. Employees want to feel they are heard and taken care of, and we want to recognize the invaluable work of those who show up every day for Indiana's youth-serving organizations.
