An impressive performance from IQT portfolio company?Altaeros at the recent Technology Experimentation (T-REX) event in Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The event, hosted by the?United States Department of Defense and the?Indiana National Guard, features technical demonstrations of promising prototypes in support of DoD's Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER). ? The Altaeros team fielded its rapid response autonomous aerial platform, ST-Flex, which is designed to quickly deploy ISR capabilities and provide network capabilities at the edge. The?technology will allow #firstresponders, #warfighters, and other remote users the situational awareness and connectivity they need to execute their critical missions.? ? It’s exciting to see Altaeros making impactful contributions to help the critical missions of the U.S. national security community. Today, we're proud to highlight another exciting IQT 25 for 25 company! Rocket Lab was one of IQT’s first commercial space investments in 2015. IQT was an early investor in Rocket Lab while it was still undertaking the R&D that would ultimately create a successful launch vehicle. The company’s Electron rocket, which can carry a payload of 200-300kilograms, has enabled startups to get their satellites into the correct orbits and on a more predictable timeline than waiting to hitch rides with bigger launch vehicles. Today, Electron serves a variety of commercial and government customers, and it has helped create a thriving commercial space industry. #IQTat25

It's both incredible and not-at-all surprising to see so many IQT portfolio companies represented on TIME's list of 2024's 100 most influential names in #AI. Today, we're proud to highlight another exciting IQT 25 for 25 company! In 2015, IQT invested in Databricks, a company offering a cloud-hosted big data analytics and processing platform. At the time, data processing platforms were slow, disk-based, and unsuited for low-latency data exploration at scale. The investment in Databricks helped enhance user productivity through fast computation and real-time data exploration, visualization, and collaboration, as well as faster deployment of data pipelines. As of September 2023, Databricks is valued at $43 billion, making it one of the world's most valuable private companies. #IQTat25
