We at imPRESSions Worldwide were pleased to attend the grand opening of Trust Press in northeast Denver. This new facility, equipped with a custom-tailored four-tower DGM 430 Press, will not only create jobs but also save local publishers an estimated $500,000 in 2025. The critical role that the National Trust for Local News has undertaken cannot be underestimated. imPRESSions Worldwide is honored to have supplied, delivered, and installed this new Trust Press that will serve smaller, independent publishers, providing an affordable solution. A highlight of the event was a commemorative special section printed on the Press, about the Press.? The vital role played by the National Trust for Local News is paramount, particularly as major media corporations increasingly abandon print, leading to the emergence of "print deserts." By combating these print deserts, National Trust for Local News ensures that reliable voices continue to deliver news and stories to communities they care about. Our commitment to putting #inkonpaper, is stronger than ever. Thank you to all who support this essential mission. #LocalNews #TrustPress #Printing #Press #imPRESSionsWorldwide. Spotlight on Global Solutions Update on Project: Press Expansion at an undisclosed location somewhere south of the Gulf of America We are pleased to provide an update on an ongoing project that began in 2023: A Press expansion for one of our valued, repeat export customers. Review of Phase One in 2023: (see photo #1) This project started when, in 2023, our customer expressed a desire to expand their existing Pressline. This involved building a solution that precisely matched their existing equipment. We expanded their capacity in a seamless fashion. Below is a summary of the equipment included in the 2023 expansion: Two (2) Four High towers One (1) Mono Unit One (1) Folder One (1) Rollstand Phase Two underway now: (see photos 2 - 4) When the customer's workload demanded another expansion, they once again called on imPRESSions Worldwide. We currently are preparing the following equipment for the customer at our headquarters in Burlington, WA. One (1) Tower One (1) Folder One (1) Rollstand One (1) 60 HP Motor One (1) All necessary connecting parts ? Shipping and Logistics 2025: Once again the equipment is built to the exact specifications of the existing equipment, right down to the proper shade of blue paint. All machinery is in the final stages of refurbishment and soon will be prepped for shipment. It will be securely packed into a shipping container and delivered to the Port of Seattle. We are taking every measure to ensure that it arrives safely and is ready for immediate integration and operation. Interesting fact: Did you know imPRESSions Worldwide has shipped equipment to 52 countries? We even have our own marine cargo insurance policy to compliment that of the shipping line. This project not only reinforces our ability to meet customer needs but also our dedication to delivering reliable solutions in the #Printing industry globally. We look forward to the successful completion of this #Press expansion and the expanded Printing capabilities it will provide. imPRESSions Worldwide is honored to be selected as the supplier for this project a second time around. We truly appreciate our repeat customers.

This past week, as the technicians imPRESSions Worldwide tackle numerous projects, one of their most esteemed team members, Max Talamantes, marks a significant milestone in his career with imPRESSions Worldwide:?twenty-seven years. Known for his dedication and expertise, Max has become a pivotal figure in the company. Here’s a look at his journey and the impact he’s made along the way. Early Beginnings in the Industry Max's career in #Printing began in Los Angeles at Argee Engineering, where he honed his skills as a Press mechanic for over five years, handling various service calls. His journey took him next to Arizona, where he worked for Mountain States as a #Press mechanic. After two years, he moved to Washington State, where he was hired by Tom Loesch to join #Offset #Web Sales, owned by Tim York.?Tom Loesch later founded imPRESSions Worldwide and asked Max to join him in his new venture. Max and Tom's relationship spans thirty-four years in the Printing business. Adventures in Hawaii and Beyond Max and our friend and colleague, Phil Basnett, who were both working for Argee Printing at the time, went to Hawaii in 1984 on a service job. The two men worked to rebuild Press units and equipment there, laying the foundation for a longstanding professional relationship. Years later, they reunited when Phil, now owner of #PRESScisionEngineeringCo., was asked to temporarily assist imPRESSions Worldwide as an auxiliary Press tech to help hit a deadline with a Press rebuild. Both men are highly admired throughout the Printing industry for their knowledge, expertise, and outstanding character. "This is so cool... Seeing these two together after all this time brings tears to my eyes,"?states Jimmy Easterly of imPRESSions Worldwide—a sentiment echoed by many in the Printing industry. ?Throughout his career, Max has traveled extensively for work to various countries, including Canada, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Aruba, and Mexico. However, due to his busy work schedule during these trips, he feels that he hasn't truly experienced these destinations. He hopes to revisit places like Costa Rica in the future to fully explore and relax. “My goal is to keep customers happy whenever I travel. I always do my best in the shop at imPRESSions. I enjoy working at imPRESSions with all my co-workers and management." Max Talamantes Outside of work, he enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine, visiting friends and family in Mexico, watching comedies, and spending time at the beach. Looking ahead, Max is excited about the prospect of retiring and traveling the world, heading back to Costa Rica, possibly on a bicycle. He envisions spending leisurely days in a big blue rocking chair, reflecting on a fulfilling career. But we at imPRESSions Worldwide do not want him getting too comfy with that idea just yet- we need him too much!

?? Celebrating 30 Years at imPRESSions Worldwide! ?? January 1st marks 30 years for imPRESSions Worldwide. I’m so proud of our team and lucky to have them. It’s taken decades to put this group together. I am honored to work with each of them and cherish the opportunity to celebrate our 30-year anniversary with them! ?? My Dad would be proud of what we have accomplished. He worked in the Newspaper industry for his entire life, first in Ohio, then Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, three cities in Alaska, Washington State, Colorado, and Florida. Location was always second to opportunity. Constantly trying to get better, he was willing to change and think outside the box with an open mind. He never really “made it," but he taught our family (including Jerry and I) many important lessons along the way. When we would move, I remember he would unpack his cardboard box in his new office and place a small plaque on his new desk facing visitors. It read “Do Something! Lead, Follow or Get out of the Way.” Simple but accurate assessment of a decision we all make in our lives. We have a great group of leaders and fabulous team players. ?? There is nothing routine about working at imPRESSions. I think in part we have survived by being different. We celebrate our employees in many unique ways that other companies would never consider and each November we honor a select group with a red-carpet ceremony called “The Globey Awards”. We don’t want to lose anybody and we do all we can to keep our winning team intact. Location has never choked imPRESSions Worldwide. We have worked in all 50 states and more than 50 countries. We don’t ever get comfortable, rather, always trying to get better. We change so often that our team becomes uncomfortable if we aren’t changing. ?? In 2025, we will continue to diversify and adapt, as does our industry. We will get better, and we will paint our fleet of forklifts Pepto Pink. After all, the crew may get nervous and wonder what’s wrong if we keep them neon green for another year. Thank you to our loyal customers; without you, we would not be where we are today. We really do have the best customers, and it is your appreciation of what we do that keeps us passionate and motivated. Cheers to another 30 years of ink on paper! ?? Dad would be happy to know that Print Ain’t Dead. ?? Tom Loesch picture 3-?? iW says goodbye to 2024! imPRESSions Worldwide Headquarters, Burlington, WA. As we close out another year, we gathered part of our busy team and quickly pulled together a few plywood tables and sawhorses and assembled to enjoy a feast of dishes made from the halibut and salmon harvested by our team during our annual trip to Petersberg, Alaska. During the celebration, we took time to acknowledge the tremendous efforts and sacrifices each team member made throughout 2024. The event was filled with games, iW swag for everyone, and cash prizes, fostering a spirit of joy and camaraderie. As we reflect on the year that has passed, we are grateful for the dedication and hard work of everyone. Here’s to another year of shared achievements and continued success at imPRESSions Worldwide! #Press #Printing
