???? Celebrating Transformation! ?????
Today was the final session of the Effective Leadership Development Program with the?City of Bangor, Maine -Public Works Department. 5 months ago, with some nervousness, apprehension and even some doubt, they joined me on a transformative leadership development journey, and today I was bursting with pride! ??????They embraced the challenge with courage and determination, worked through obstacles (winter wasn’t easy on us in Maine) and discovered potential that had not yet been tapped into. ??Throughout this program, I've watched them evolve with confidence, trust as a team, and grow as leaders. The impact carried over into their personal lives as well!?
I told them on day 1 to trust the process and that at the end they would appreciate the results. They didn't believe me, but now they do! They leaned in, learned, adapted, and lead by example. Even their staff saw transformation. ?
?? This is just the beginning of their leadership journey and it was my pleasure to walk with them the last few months.?
