???? Exciting News! ???? Sharing Excess has been awarded a $500,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development's Local Share Account Statewide program. This funding will support their incredible work in food rescue and distribution throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. We have had the privilege to partner with Sharing Excess through the ECBI program. Congratulations on this well-deserved support! We can’t wait to see what comes next for the organization!

???? Transformational Enrichment Programming ???? We’re excited to share that The Philadelphia Citizen published a guest commentary piece written by our very own Executive Director, Claire Robertson-Kraft and partner Severin Tucker highlighting the work we’ve done over the last year with the Office of Strategic Partnerships at The School District of Philadelphia to develop a theory of change for enrichment programming. Through this process, we had an opportunity to work alongside district leadership, staff, partners, and most importantly, students. We learned directly from them just how important enrichment opportunities are for fostering joy, community, and fulfillment. The next phase of work will focus on measuring impact and expanding access to these opportunities across the city.
