A HUGE thank you to the Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store for hosting a cold-weather clothing drive to support Impact NW's participants and our Worker of the Day program! Worker of the Day is an entry point for participants accessing services at our Dancing Tree location. Each day, a housing staff member is designated as "Worker of the Day" and is available to meet with any homeless or at-risk participant in need of housing assistance. In addition to providing available resources to increase housing security, the Worker of the Day also distributes essential items to meet immediate needs, including weather-appropriate clothing — made possible by Columbia Sportswear Company!

Impact NW Leadership Updates Board names Ada Dortch as Interim Executive Director Impact NW has named Ada Dortch, a long-time staff director, as Interim Executive Director to replace Andy Nelson, who is stepping down as Executive Director this month for a new role. Ada has served as Impact NW’s Director of Development & Advocacy since 2018 with a background in fundraising and human rights advocacy. As Ada moves into this interim role, she builds upon the foundation laid by Andy, whose leadership over the past nine years has been vital to Impact NW’s growth as the region’s largest homelessness prevention nonprofit.
