This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a significant impact in behavioral health and recovery. ?? Role: Full-Time Peer Support Specialist ?? Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), Monday through Friday ?? Location: Seaford, Delaware Responsibilities: ?? Conduct support meetings and offer linkage to necessary services as outlined in care plans. ?? Respond to emergencies, monitoring residents' behaviors and progress. ?? Collaborate with medical professionals and family members to foster supportive recovery environments. We're looking for someone who has: ?? At least two years of experience in Behavioral Health or Substance Use Disorder Treatment. ?? Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to recovery support. ?? ?? Snow Day Farm Shenanigans! ?? While we’re bundled up, the farm animals are having the time of their lives in today’s snowy wonderland! Our mini Jack donkey is leading the charge, kicking up snow like it’s his personal confetti. The goats? They’ve decided snow piles make excellent launch pads for impromptu gymnastics. The alpacas are strutting through the snow like they’re on a winter fashion runway, while the cows are happily munching on hay, completely unbothered by the cold. And the pigs? They’ve got the right idea—piled up in a warm, snuggly heap, dreaming of sunshine (or maybe snacks). It’s safe to say the animals think snow days are the real holidays. Stay warm, everyone—we’ll be over here watching this farmyard comedy unfold!
