New year, more community! One of the most powerful aspects of the Impact Leaders Incubator is the community we create together. Each year, we welcome participants from around the world, representing every slice of the social impact sector, from #corporatesocialresponsibility at well-known brands, to folks working at grassroots #nonprofits, to folks working as impact entrepreneurs, and in the education space. We come together because we recognize that we're not going to solve the world's urgent issues by continuing to do what we've always done – we must develop a new approach to leadership, one that celebrates collective impact and leverages our strengths. In the Incubator, we work on intentionally exploring how we want to show up as leaders, and combine that personal leadership model with crucial impact leadership skills like decision-making, thought leadership, and storytelling, so that we can create a new approach.
