I am super excited to announce my NEW free webinar on unleashing the power of accessible budget-friendly strategic planning for nonprofits! I will be leading it LIVE on April 17th at 12pm PST. I've been working on a simple step-by-step guide for small to medium nonprofits to do meaningful impactful strategic planning, after years of guiding small and large-scale processes. I have heard the barriers of time, money and capacity over and over again, and yet I have seen the transformative power of planning for so many nonprofits. Today we wrapped up a ten month strategic planning project with Stephanie Barron Lu at Positive Discipline Community Resources! It was such an honor to support Stephanie's incredible team through an inclusive and values-based process to clarify their vision and action steps for supporting families, staff, and community partners in the next 5 years. We need PDCR's heart-centered work now more than ever!
