Last month, Impact Development Fund’s Chief Executive Officer, Megan Ferguson, Chief Lending Officer, Erica Madison, and Director of Clean Energy, Justin Hill, joined nearly 2,500 CDFI leaders at the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) Conference in Los Angeles! Celebrating 40 years of advancing economic justice, this year’s theme, 'Made by History. Made for this Moment,' inspired many discussions and insights that we’re excited to bring back to our work in Colorado.

We love seeing these projects come to life! Congratulations all!
Congratulations to Archway Communities not only for the grand opening of the Mosaic Community Campus, but also for celebrating 50 years of creating affordable housing in Colorado! The Mosaic project was extremely complex and Alex Gano brought his best to help get it to the finish line. New Communities Law is also a proud sponsor of the 50th anniversary celebration and look forward to another 50 to come! Shoutout to all the great partners that helped make the Mosaic Community Campus possible: Urban Land Conservancy, Denver Housing Authority, Shopworks Architecture, Boston Capital Finance, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Hudson Housing Capital LLC, City and County of Denver, Land Title Guarantee Company, and S.B. At Impact Development Fund, we’re committed to projects that drive long-term community change. We’re proud to join forces with Enterprise Community Loan Fund in financing Urban Peak's Mothership shelter in Denver, which will provide essential housing and support services for over 600 homeless youth annually. This project offers much more than shelter—by providing case management, access to education and employment support, it empowers young people to build sustainable futures.
