We are looking for an excellent problem-solver, communicator and collaborator to be a key part of our product team. You will work closely with developers, designers, and business leaders to articulate the product vision and bring to life a solution that empowers community health workers to do their best work.

At IMPaCT, one of our values is to “learn, constantly.” That’s why we conducted three RCTs of our structured Community Health Worker intervention, and it’s why we participated in a PCORI-funded implementation evaluation of our structured CHW program at five sites across the country. Drumroll please! The findings - https://lnkd.in/gWCQ3cGi -?demonstrate that we can achieve RCT-level results at scale. Three sites demonstrated high fidelity and achieved significant reductions in utilization, and all are continuing and expanding their programs. At Ballad Health, an integrated community health improvement organization serving 29 counties of the Appalachian Highlands, patients who received IMPaCT had 29% fewer hospital stays compared with similar patients who didn’t receive IMPaCT. These impacts illustrate the transformative power of community health workers in a variety of settings. We are thrilled to work with more than 50 partners in 20 states to deliver results like these at scale. Medicare coverage of CHW services represents important progress in ensuring that CHW services are accessible and sustainable, but there is more work to be done. We appreciate the work Senator Casey has done to advance access to CHW services through the CHW Access Act, and we hope to see more state Medicaid agencies taking action to ensure that evidence-based CHW services are available to the communities that need them most.
