Giving back together! Kristen Nixon, our Director of Events based in Pittsburgh, PA, used her Impact volunteer hours to serve the community alongside her mom and sister at the St. Catherine Laboure Church senior breakfast. Together, they cooked, served, and cleaned up for 70 local seniors, making the morning a little brighter for everyone. We love seeing our team members making a difference—especially when it’s a family effort! #impactamc #community #volunteering

The Impact team had an incredible time supporting Allergists For Israel (AFI) during their recent events alongside the AAAAI Annual Meeting! Our team managed all logistics, vendor coordination, catering, registration, and speaker/sponsor coordination to create a seamless experience for AFI members. Impact Meeting Planner, Crissy Zak, took the lead and supported four key AFI events, including a Friday night reception, religious ceremonies, a scientific breakfast, and a signature gala. Beyond event logistics, Executive Director, Alyssa Merkle, led sponsorship coordination and on-site support, Association Coordinator, Benjamin Sewell, crafted engaging content to promote AFI’s presence, and Director of Finance, Heather Kramer, ensured smooth financial operations behind the scenes. The team also oversaw AFI’s exhibit hall presence, managing signage, a raffle, and a membership booth to engage conference attendees. It was an honor to help bring these meaningful experiences to life!?#AAAAIAnnualMeeting #AAAAI #EventPlanning #ImpactAMC

Impact had an amazing time supporting CSMFO California Society of Municipal Finance Officers at their recent event in San Jose, CA, where over 1,600 attendees gathered for dynamic networking, engaging social interactions, and invaluable educational opportunities. We're so proud to have contributed to the success of the event by providing seamless registration, data management, and event organization. Big shoutout to our incredible team members—Senior Meeting Planner Amanda Kelly, CMP, Meeting Planner Becky Koch, Director of Operations Alyssa Merkle, and Association Managers Darion Lespier-Greaves, IOM and Emily Heitman—for their hard work and dedication! The energy was incredible and the connections made were truly inspiring. We can’t wait to do it all again in 2026 in stunning Palm Springs!

Impact CEO Jodi Fisher, CAE, COO Kirsten Reader, and Director of Business Services April Schultz were all there to connect, learn, and collaborate. This event is a key opportunity for AMC leaders and partners to dive into insightful discussions, educational sessions, and valuable networking with industry peers. The event was truly inspiring, and we can’t wait for next year!

At Impact, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Recently, Impact Meeting Planner, Crissy Zak, used her Impact volunteer hours to volunteer with her daughter as Fairy Godmother Personal Shoppers with a nonprofit called Giving Gown. They helped young women in need select prom dresses and accessories for their upcoming formal events. Whether it’s through volunteering, donations, or supporting meaningful causes, we’re proud to contribute to fostering confidence, self-esteem, and empowerment in our community.
