EB-1A is about showing how you have risen to the top of your field. Not about how many EB-1A criteria you meet. The consideration process involves two stages. ? The criteria (do you meet at least three?). ? Final merits (have you shown sufficient evidence to indicate that you have risen to the top of your field?). Authorship ? Membership ? Media ? High salary Took 13 business days. We focused on: ? Leadership of and work on impressive projects that resulted in original contributions to the field (they were the leader for these projects, not an individual contributor). ? 20+ years of experience.? ? The significant outcomes created through their work, which has so far resulted in hundreds of millions in revenue.
