Our founder and Principal Attorney, Bruna Frota, is well versed in business immigration and has experience in U.S. immigration with large multinational corporations and regional companies in the oil & gas, pharmaceutical, technology, medical, and engineering industries. Her experience encompasses assessing clients’ U.S. migration needs, developing and facilitating short and long-term migration strategies. Attorney Bruna Frota also assist high-skilled individuals, executives and managers obtain self-sponsored visas and green cards such as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-1 Outstanding Professors and Researches, EB-2 Labor Certification, EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-3 Labor Certification and Schedule A. She worked for leading immigration law firms, such as Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and De Mott, McChesney, Curtright and Armendáriz LLP, before opening her own practice. She also worked as an Immigration Attorney for a leading relocation company: Santa Fe Relocation.
