    Takeaways into the The Business of Fashion McKinsey & Company Live State of Fashion 2025 Report. ?? Mid-market/accessible luxury/contemporary luxury is driving growth for the first time in over 10 years. ?? 40% of what the industry produces is expected NOT to be sold ?? Clienteling transformation is needed. So lets talk about how Immersifi addresses these topics. Mid-market is our target market. Luxury have the funds to do clienteling in-store, the mid-tier don't necessarily have the time or budget so that's why we have created this platform. The over-production - Immersifi encourages a strong community so that brands can listen to their consumer on what they want. Experiences such as round tables, online events and general feedback delivers information (yes through AI and human) to inform. When you know the demand you can cater to it better. Clienteling: Our starting point for loyal customers. This was the biggest gap seen for the in-store experience when we first started Immersifi in 2023. Its always been about how you make someone feel. To this day there is one particular brand I will never shop at due to my experience with them. It's not only the next generations that pride themselves on authenticity and connecting with brands - the silver spenders (oh geez I wish there was a better name ?? ) are conscious of this too.
