About the job BI Lead (Tableau / Alteryx) We are looking for a strong candidate to hire for Tableau and Alteryx Administration with AWS., enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging cloud capabilities for improved performance. Responsibilities : Strong Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Alteryx on AWS. Implementation of best practices on site creation, load balancing, security. License Management and periodic monitoring and analysis of Tableau Server telemetry data and health checks Improve server stability and reliability Support Tableau user requests (data extract enhancements, inconsistencies, connections, scheduling and, performance tuning) Resolve problematic dashboards and extract refresh Work with users to build and provide solution for new extracts for their needs Automate and monitor Tableau software upgrades and patches and, repository backup and restoration. Leverage Alteryx to process and automate data workflows. Hands on Experience with Alteryx server upgrades and maintenance. Qualifications At least 8+ Years strong experience working as a Tableau & Alteryx Admin on Microsoft Windows systems Deep understanding of Tableau server platform and all the factors which affect the system performance Strong Knowledge of Tableau server best practices for performance, security, and disaster recovery Required strong experience with scripting languages to leverage Tableau APIs (JavaScript API, REST API, Hyper API) for automation Required Experience With Building And Maintaining ETL Processes Ability to write, understand and troubleshoot complex SQL queries used by the Tableau extracts and reports Ability to understand the current Tableau server implementation, diagnose issues and provide appropriate and scalable solutions (dashboards, extracts, etc.) Technical: Strong problem-solving skills Tableau and Alteryx tools Ability to discern, provide and defend most suitable solution among other possible solutions Has eye for detail Understands and works well in Agile methodology Has effective listening and communication skills Experience in Healthcare BI/DW is a huge plus
