Founded in 2011 by James Barnes, Jr., Immaculate Cleaning Co (ICC) offers premier janitorial services in the Greater Cleveland area. Our mission is to deliver a consistent cleaning program customized to our clients’ needs. We pride ourselves on the highest quality of work and the highest level of personal integrity. We understand that when we do our job well, our clients can operate at their highest potential. Our top-notch management, dedicated staff, and open lines of communication allow us to incorporate the most effective measures, maintain the highest standards and keep accounts running smoothly. ICC sets high expectations for our cleaning crews while creating a supportive employment environment for our staff. Our on-site managers continually impart company values to our crews, assuring each site is maintained to Immaculate standards. Our systems are designed for consistent high-quality cleaning service, delivered from the top down. Thorough and ongoing training programs are mandatory for all team members. Our culture of accountability encourages staff and management to ensure our team’s performance is up to par. We believe in listening to feedback from everyone on our team. Our “boots on the ground” crews are the first to encounter new issues and cleaning concerns, while also being the first to identify innovation in our process. Our management team takes pride in having employees that bring new ideas and suggestions to make ICC a better company overall. Above all else, we pay close attention to clients needs. We understand the importance of balancing our proprietary system with specialized service for each individual client. We have formalized the flow of communication by asking clients to complete periodic evaluations. We want to know how we’re doing and where we can potentially improve.

Another IMMACULATE Back 2 School Drive in the books!! We serve the University of Cleveland Prep School DAILY as their sanitation partner. We ensure their staff and students have a safe and clean environment to work and learn. This past week we had the pleasure of serving the parents of those students by providing school supplies, hygiene amenities, food, music, and great Family vibes! We believe GIVING is greater than receiving. And we stand on that principle. Every. Single. Day.

James began his first microenterprise at the age of 14 while attending Whitney M. Young Leadership Academy where he learned the basic principles of starting, running and growing a successful small business. After graduating high school, he applied the same principles to found Immaculate Cleaning Company in 2011. He’s made it his mission to establish strong relationships with community and business leaders across Northeast Ohio. James was chosen by an esteemed panel of judges to win the Cleveland Chain Reaction Competition, and was named a 2022 Deal Maker of The Year for a trailblazing partnership with the Cleveland Monsters. For the past 12 years, we have prioritized giving back to the communities we service. This year we partnered with Dodge Middle School to provide meals for over 70 FAMILIES. Thru our partnerships with Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Monsters we are also able to provide opportunities for the youth to see new sides of life!
