Eddy joined IMB because of his personal alignment to IMB’s core values and his desire to further diversify his sector knowledge across government end-markets. Prior to joining the team, Eddy worked as an investment banker and middle market private equity investor, focused mainly on industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors. ? As a Senior Associate, Eddy works on IMB's investment team, executing new investment opportunities and helping to manage IMB’s Food Services and IT/Cybersecurity partner companies, including Pro Food Solutions, eTelligent Group, and Ashburn Consulting. ? Growing up as a first-generation American is not easy. ? Linda Rodrigues’ father migrated to the US in the 1980’s to chase the American Dream. Her family’s entrepreneurial journey began when Linda’s father and uncles opened a small Mexican market in Oakland, CA. From a very young age, Linda worked at her family’s store alongside her siblings and cousins, learning foundational skills like communication, customer service, and problem solving. ? Over time, Linda’s father evolved into her entrepreneurial role model, giving her a greater appreciation for the dedication and discipline it takes to pursue one’s entrepreneurial passions. These characteristics have become part of her own professional identity and are core to her leadership at Farwest Corrosion Control Company. ?
