We also stock cold-heads, helium compressors, fill lines, rental lines and absorbers. For hard to find products, we can provide a two week turn around on rebuilds and repairs. Our part packaging and customized crating assures your parts are protected during shipping. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year for parts ordering and shipping. We also provide technical support and on-site installation. Our service department excels at magnet cool-downs, pump-downs and cryogenic fills. We own the required test tools, ramp/shim supplies, phantoms and fixtures necessary to make your images meet or exceed OEM specifications at a fraction of the OEM costs. Our in-house mobile storage and refurbishment program is one of a kind; allowing for everything from preventive maintenance and emergency services to full restoration and conversions. Our outdoor storage lot accommodates both mobile medical trailers and modular buildings. We provide dedicated power pads, real-time helium and pressure monitoring, mechanical and cleaning services. Our gated, 24/7 video-monitored lot provides you with a secure remote stocking location for your valuable assets.

This happens when installer fails to verify tightness of lugs or nuts. Thanks OEM installer, this could have been avoided but I am sure someone saved 5 minutes during installation! Always, go back over connections and verify! Use 5 minutes wisely!
