In need of a STAFF ACCOUNTANT with an International Corporation in Norfolk. Pay is $24.00-$33.00 hour/$50,000-$70,000 annually ? Review, process payment of approved vendor invoices. Work w/managers to resolve issues. ? Prepare vendor vouchers, organize and maintain vendor files of all related documentation ? Process and send invoices. Process customer receipts daily ? Excellent communication skills in working with management and customers to resolve issues ? Prepare various reports and distribute to departments ? Monitor AR and AP aging and communicate trends to controller ? Ensure compliance with local accounting GAAP standards ? Involved in internal and external audits, ensure financial records are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements ? Credit card, vendor account, and intercompany reconciliations. ? Support Financial Controller on various financial and operational tasks, special projects as-hoc analysis and reporting ? Other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller Required Qualifications ?
