Every October, Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association members gather together to celebrate and honor professionals in our field with Best in Biz awards. Hundreds were nominated, dozens were given awards, but there is ONE PERSON who keeps this organization and the event running like clockwork, Barbara Zajieck. While she can be camera shy, she never shies away from the hard work it takes to corral 20+ board members and keep this group moving forward. Barbara, we could not do this without YOU. Jo-Ann's 30 year experience makes her an expert, but what is so inspiring, is her ability to take on new challenges outside of her comfort zone and master them.
